God Will Raise You Up

The God that raised up a beggar, what about you whom have be faithful with His commandments.

Here are a few biblical verses that illustrate the theme of God lifting the humble or downtrodden:

The proverb "beggars can't be choosers" means that when someone is in a difficult or desperate situation, they cannot afford to be too picky or selective about the help they receive. They should be grateful for whatever help or support they can get, even if it is not exactly what they would prefer.

Bible said about beggars that Jesus' words in Matthew 5:42: "Give to the one who begs from you, and do not refuse the one who would borrow from you." Those who advocate giving to street beggars might argue that it's not our responsibility how they spend the money. Our job is to be compassionate and generous. The rest is between God and that person because that same begger could be raise up as a leader in few minutes.

God's Word for You – James 4:10 He will lift you up. Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up.

1. Psalm 113:7-8: "He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap; He seats them with princes, with the princes of His people."

2. Luke 1:52-53: "He has brought down the powerful from their thrones and lifted up the lowly; He has filled the hungry with good things and sent the rich away empty."

3. James 2:5: "Listen, my dear brothers and sisters: Has not God chosen those who are poor in the eyes of the world to be rich in faith and to inherit the kingdom he promised those who love him?"

These verses reflect the biblical truth that God cares for the marginalized and is able to elevate them.
